Rhonda Ladig is our inspirational speaker whose motto is to “Save the world. A little each day.” She is a connector, collaborator, big idea promoter, and passionate leader who grew up in Wolf Lake, IN. A self-described Impact Nerd, her experience is in economic development, entrepreneurship, nonprofit strategy, and higher ed has been focused on empowering communities and creating change. She’ll encourage women leaders and business owners to live out loud, embrace challenges, and make their mark on the world.
