Connect & Create

Calling all adults! Are you tired of doomscrolling? Are you looking for an excuse to get off your couch and meet new people? Then join other like-minded adults in the Close Community Room every second Tuesday, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, for Connect & Create. Participate in a guided craft project or make a new recipe. We'll provide all the materials. Or, if you'd rather, simply work on a puzzle, relax with a coloring book, or just bring your knitting and hang out. Upcoming Schedule: APRIL 14 - MANDALA TOTES: Use stencils to paint your own mandala tote bag MAY 12 - STAINED GLASS LIGHT JARS: Make a beautiful light jar with a stained glass effect. JUNE 9 - SCRABBLE COASTERS: Create your own customized coaster using Scrabble tiles. Registration is required for each session of Connect & Create and closes the day before the session. This program is open to patrons ages 14 and up. When Dinosaurs Ruled...the Library, our 2026 Summer READ. DO. EXPLORE. program, runs from May 26th through July 5th.
